Pros**Staying at Cozi was an absolute delight, from the warm welcome by the friendly employees in their charming Vietnamese ao dai uniforms to the impeccable hospitality throughout my stay. The comfortable and clean room with a flat-screen TV and strong A/C, combined with the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, truly made this hotel a gem worth returning to.
